No. It is for both men and women.

2. What is the age group for taking up these programs?

Typically more than 14 years and less than 60 years.

3. Should only professionals can join?

No, even housewives can take up these programs.

5. What are the timings for the aerobics classes?

6 AM to 7 AM; 8:30 to 9:30 AM and 5 to 6 PM

7. How many hours will it take to be groomed?

Typically 30 Hours over a period of month.

8. If I stop doing the aerobics, will I gain weight?

Yes, if you do not do it at least for one hour per day.

9. Will you advice on diet also?

Yes, Diet recommendations are a part of our program.

10. What are the effects of Aerobics and Diet?

Aerobics will result in inch-loss and dietics will result in weight loss.
